PRODUCTS & QUALITY

What is a research peptide?

A research peptide is a synthetic compound — a short chain of amino acids — produced and sold for laboratory (in vitro) study purposes. They are neither medicines nor dietary supplements. They are intended for experimental work carried out by professionals and institutions.

How do you guarantee the stated purity?

Every batch is analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC to confirm purity above 99%, and by mass spectrometry to verify the identity and exact molecular mass of the compound.

How do I get a certificate of analysis (COA)?

The corresponding certificate of analysis — dated and signed — is available directly on the product page. It details the measured purity and the mass-spectrometry results.

What does "research use only" mean?

It means our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research and in vitro use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic or cosmetic use. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are acting within this framework. We make no health claims and give no advice regarding use on the body.

STORAGE & HANDLING

How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

In lyophilized (powder) form, peptides are stable and should be kept away from light and moisture. Refrigeration extends their stability, and freezer storage is recommended for long-term storage. These are general laboratory handling guidelines.

What is bacteriostatic water for?

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with an added agent (0.9% benzyl alcohol) that limits bacterial growth. In the laboratory, it is used to reconstitute lyophilized peptides and allows multiple withdrawals while reducing contamination risk.

How long does a reconstituted peptide keep?

Once reconstituted, a peptide keeps for significantly less time than in its lyophilized state and must be kept refrigerated. The exact duration depends on the compound and handling conditions; these matters fall under the protocol defined by the user's laboratory.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared and shipped quickly, generally within 24 to 48 business hours. Every shipment is tracked and you receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Shipping is free from €150.

Is my parcel discreet and tracked?

Yes. Shipments are sent in plain packaging with no mention of the contents on the outside, and are always tracked. Our customers' confidentiality is part of our commitments.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is made on a secure page. We do not store any banking data on our servers.

AFTER-SALES

What is your return policy?

Given the nature of the products, items that have been opened or whose seal has been removed cannot be returned. If a product is non-compliant or damaged on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with a photo: we always find a solution.

A vial arrived damaged — what should I do?

Write to us upon receipt, attaching a photo of the parcel and the product along with your order number. A replacement or refund is offered after verification, provided the error is on our side.
